Summer is here I am actually trying to be healthy this time. And these energy balls taste SO GOOD and it didn’t take a long time to make. I feel like the flavors are endless I want to make more I am obsessed everyone in my family liked this and it was gone so quickly mostly my fault

Makes: – 20 Energy bites

Ingredients:-

Tahini Fig Chia Sesame seed energy bites

Makes 7

*½ cup Pitted Dates

1tsp Tahini

1-Dried Fig

Chia Seed

Sesame Seed




Almond Coconut energy bites 

Makes 6

¼ cup Pitted Dates

1 tsp Almond Butter

2 TBSP Desiccated Coconut+ more for rolling

Sour Strawberry energy bites

Makes 7 

¼ cup Pitted Dates

6-7Dried Strawberry

Directions:-

Tahini Fig Chia Sesame seed energy bites :-

  • Pit Date
  • Chop Dried Fig
  • Tahini
  • Add all the ingredients in the food processor
  • Roll the ball into chia seeds and sesame seed

Almond Coconut energy bites:-

  • Pit Dates
  • Add all the ingredients in the food processer( date, almond butter, coconut)
  • Roll the ball into coconut

Sour Strawberry energy bites:-

  • Pit Dates
  • Add all the ingredients in the food processer ( date, strawberry)

 

*I had a little less than ½ cup
